Dear Applicant:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division, and it was
found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed
before review can continue.
Height Calculations:
1.Please make the following corrections to your height calculations:
a.Please provide height calculations on all copies of your site plan. The height
calculations should include the average grade (stated as 99.81’ on the large copy of
your site plan), maximum allowed height (124.81 based on the average grade provided
on your plans), and proposed height.
b.The average grade, maximum allowed height, and proposed height should also be
shown on your building elevations. The maximum allowed height is currently shown
on your elevations as 124.91’; however, this figure should be changed to 124.81’ based
on the average grade provided on your plans. Please correct this discrepancy.
You may redline these changes on your plans. Please make all submittals to a Development
Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, excluding Wednesdays, between 8:00 am
and 4:30 pm.
