The engineering division has reviewed the revised traffic impact analysis and site plan
submitted on July 24, 2009 and provides the following comments:
1.Please revise the traffic impact analysis as follows:
Page 2: revise Table 1 (AM peak hour trips), numbers don't add up.
Page 3: for the traffic impact fee, substract from total the impact fee of existing single
family residence ($840.72).
