Before I can sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified: Setbacks: 1. The site plan indicates the oxygen tank/containment structure will be 5’ from the property line of the parcel adjacent to the southwest (Sheet T0.10). Because the neighboring parcel is zoned Residential Multifamily (RM), a 15-foot property line setback must be maintained as opposed to 5’. Landscaping and Screening: 2. Wherever the tank and containment structure are eventually sited, please submit an updated landscaping plan showing the area impacted, what landscaping is changed/removed and what is replaced. Also, a 6’ wood fence would be a preferred aesthetic choice for screening the CMU structure in addition to any landscaping proposed. You may redline your existing plans or submit three copies of your updated site plan (one reduced size) and two sets of any updated pages of the building plans. Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, except on Wednesdays when we are closed for permit review. If you have any questions, please contact me at (425) 771-0220. Sincerely, Mike Clugston, AICP Planner
