On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the above sign permit application.
Please make the following revisions to the plans:
1.Sign Area. The plans indicate that the sign is 21.675” x 171.4” with a total
area of 25.8 square feet. The dimensions appear to only refer to the ‘Garlic
Jim’s’ portion of the sign. Provide the dimensions of the ‘Famous Gourmet
Pizza’ portion of the sign. Note that the total allowable sign area for the
business is 26.4 square feet. (The maximum allowable sign area is 1 square
foot per one lineal foot of the attached wall. 26.4 square feet is based on the
information submitted with BLD-2008-0548 Garlic Jim’s TI.)
2.Site Plan. The proposed sign location is shown on the wrong building. The
plans should be red-lined to indicate the westernmost suite of the other
building on site.
You may red-line the existing plans or submit new copies. Make all submittals to a
Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday, 8:00
