Dear Mr. Murillo:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Before I can
sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified:
1. Height Calculations: Please verify the locations and elevations used in the height
calculation determination. Corners A, C and D look like they need to be moved
slightly – ‘A’ to the south about 3 feet and ‘C’ and ‘D’ to the east about 2 feet to
enclose the bump out on the eastern elevation. Also, the elevation of the points seems
slightly off based on the lines of elevation and datum shown. For example, Point A is
called out at 102.25’ but it is between the drain datum point defined as 100’ and the
northwest property line corner defined as 99.5’. Likewise, Point D is called out at 104’
but the point seems to fall near that 108’ elevation line. Please update the site plan and
building plans as appropriate.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through
Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, except on Wednesdays when we are closed for permit review. If
