On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the above building permit
application. Only one minor revision is necessary for the Planning Division to approve
the permit:
1.Datum Point. The concrete slab is not an acceptable datum point, so please
select a different one. It must be a permanent point of reference, in a fixed
location, such as the top of a manhole cover, fire hydrant or a street
monument. Identify its specific location on the site plan, and provide its
elevation. I understand that the garage is significantly under the allowable
height limit, so thank you in advance for providing this information.
You may red-line the existing plans or submit new copies. Make all submittals to a
Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday, 8:00
