Ralph,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and found that
the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review
can continue.
1. Size and Screening. Please provide dimensions for the proposed rooftop units and
an elevation drawing indicating their compliance with the maximum height for the
zone. Also, indicate how the units will be screened or if they will be painted to match
the color of the roof.
Please make all submittals to a Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm,
except Wednesdays when we are closed for permit review. If you have any questions, please
