To Whom It May Concern:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Before I can
sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified:
1. Landscaping Plan: Please submit a landscaping plan for the site developed in
accordance with the requirements found in ECDC 16.30.030 and 20.13. City code is
available at: http://www.mrse.org/mc/edmonds/Edmondsnt.html. If another use is
anticipated for the site, please advise in writing and then apply for the appropriate land
use/building permits and include a landscaping plan based on that proposal.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through
Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, except on Wednesdays when we are closed for permit review. If
