Before I can sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified: Height: As indicated on the submitted elevation drawing (Sheet M2.0), the proposed rooftop 1. unit will be greater than the 25’ height limit applicable to the zone. Please review the City’s Height Calculation handout (B41) at: (http://www.ci.edmonds.wa.us/Public_Handouts/Building_handouts/B41-HEIGHT.pdf and then recalculate the elevation of the proposed unit and indicate the average, maximum and actual elevations on Sheet M2.0, as appropriate. If the unit does not fall under the 25’ maximum height, it will have to be located elsewhere. Make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, except on Wednesdays when we are closed for permit review.
