On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the above building permit
application. Please respond to the following items, so that I can complete my review:
Site Plan
1.. Revise the site plan as listed below. Submit 3 copies.
Height Calculations.
a. Please correct the height calculations so they are
consistent throughout the plans.
i.On the reduced plans, under the Height Calculations, Maximum
Allowable Height is listed as 122.1875 feet and the Actual Ridge
Elevation is listed as 128.8021 feet. Within the residence on the reduced
plans the actual ridge elevation is listed as 117.00 feet.
ii.On sheet A-1 of the full sized plans, the Maximum Allowable Height and
Actual Ridge Elevation under the height calculations are the same as they
are on the reduced plans (122.1875 feet and 128.8021 feet). Within the
residence on the full size plans the Maximum Ridge Elevation is listed as
129.15 feet and the Actual Ridge Elevation is listed at 128.8021 feet.
iii.On sheet A-3 the Maximum Roof Elevation is depicted as 122.1875 feet
and the Existing roof Elevation is depicted at 117 feet.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday
through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If you have any questions,
