Dear Mr. Kent:
Thank you for responding to my initial comments. However, the information submitted brings
up another issue that needs to be clarified:
1. Shed: On the resubmitted site plan, a shed is shown in the northwestern corner of the
parcel. As shown, the shed does not meet the required side (7.5') and rear (reduced 5')
setbacks making the structure nonconforming. I understand the shed was included on
the resub to more accurately calculate the structural lot coverage on the site but now the
shed itself must be addressed. To resolve the situation, if possible, please provide
evidence (photographic or otherwise) that the shed existed in that location on or before
January 1, 1981. If such evidence cannot be shown, the shed must be moved to satisfy
the setback requirements mentioned above.
