Before I can sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified: 1. Reduced Site Plan: Please submit one copy of the site plan in a reduced -size format. 2. Light Bollards: Mr. Mike Johnson's response letter to my previous comments of July 2009, indicates that the small light bollards were added to Sheet L-1 of the November resubmittal. I cannot to locate the features on L-1. Please call them out. 3. Height Calculations: The revised roof plan shows a flatter section in the middle that is less than 4:12 above the 25' height limit for the RM zone. According to ECDC 16.30.030.A(1), the "[r]oof only may extend five feet above the state height limit if all portions of the roof above the stated height limit have a slope of four inches in 12 inches or greater." Please update the roof form to ensure that all portions of the roof above 25' are 4:12 or greater. Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. If you have any questions, please contact me at (425) 771-0220.
