Dear Mr. Wilson:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division, and it was
found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed
before review can continue.
Design Review:
1.Since the subject proposal includes modifications to the exterior of
the existing building, the proposal is subject to the administrative design review
requirements of ECDC 20.10 and 20.11. Your elevation views indicate removing
portions of the existing siding and replacing it with new cedar shingle siding as well as
upgrading the existing windows. Please indicate if these are the only proposed exterior
changes or provide a detailed explanation of any other exterior changes to be made to
the building, including changes to existing paint color if applicable. Additionally, note
that the required $100 administrative design review fee has been added to your building
permit application and will be due when the permit is issued.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through
Friday, excluding Wednesdays, between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. If you have any questions,
