I received the correction notice for project #BLD20181631 dated January 2, 2019. Below are the
requested corrections and locations on the drawings that they can be found:
1. A 20' storm and sanitary sewer easement has been noted and clouded on the west side of the
property. See the clouded note on 02.
TESC
1. The filter fence has been relocated and extended to the south. Note the clouded change on 02.
2. A note has been added and clouded on 02 indicating that all disturbed soils be composed
amended per bmpT5.13.
Note: All revisions are clouded on the drawings.
