I received the correction notice for project #BLD20181631 dated January 9, 2019. Below are the
requested corrections and locations on the drawings that they can be found:
1. Setbacks:
a. The deck has been adjusted to account for the 10' minimum and 35' total side yard
setbacks. The comer of the deck has been `clipped' at an angle to follow the angled
wall at the southwest side of the house. These changes are noted on 02.
2. The height calculation has been removed from the plans as it does not pertain to the proposed
project. The existing house height to remain with no change proposed.
3. Refer to the memo from the Geotechnical engineer and additional information that he has
provided.
4. Critical area notice: The owners will sign and record the document and return to the City of
Edmonds prior to permit issuance.
Note: All revisions are clouded on the drawings.
