Dear Ms. Misel:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division, and it was found
that the following information, corrections, or clarifications need to be addressed before review can
continue:
1. Deck:
❑ Sheet A2.3 — North-west corner of proposed deck extends beyond the existing
spiral staircase. As proposed, this is considered an expansion of a non-
conforming structure and not allowed. Please change deck design so it does not
extend beyond the footprint of the existing spiral staircase.

Please submit three copies of your revised site plan (including one reduced copy) and two copies of
any revised building plan sheets to a Development Services Permit Coordinator. Our office hours
are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 8:00 am 4:30 pm, and Wednesdays 8:30 am
to noon.
