Dear Ms. Misel: I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division, and it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications need to be addressed before review can continue: 1. Deck: ❑ Sheet A2.3 — North-west corner of proposed deck extends beyond the existing spiral staircase. As proposed, this is considered an expansion of a non- conforming structure and not allowed. Please change deck design so it does not extend beyond the footprint of the existing spiral staircase.
