During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications need to be addressed. Please respond to the following items, so that I can complete my review: New comments in red. 1. Complete Plans: Addressed. Thank you for submitting complete plans. 2. Setbacks: The northern wall is shown to be right at the 7.5-foot side setback and the eaves extend beyond the setback line not more than 30 inches as allowed by ECDC 16.20.040.13. However, the guardrail on the deck also extends beyond the setback line. There are no setback exceptions for guardrails in ECDC 16.20.040. Please revise the plans so the guardrails are not IQcated within the •' �/ setbacks. 3. Site Plan Scale: The site plan scale indicates 1:20, but that does not appear to be the correct scale and the scale of the site plan could not be determined. Please note the correct scale on the site plan. Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday between 8:00 am 4:30 pm or Wednesday 8:30 am to 12:00 pm. ;AT r /-5AAt--
