Reduced Site Plan: Please submit a reduced format, scaled site plan. On it, include the entire extent of the existing carport. 2. Setbacks: The site plan provided indicates incorrect setbacks for the RS -8 zone where the property is located. Setbacks in RS -8 are: 25' street, 7.5' side, and 15' rear. Please show how the proposed new porch and roof truss structure meets the updated street and side setback requirements. You may redline your existing plans or submit three copies of your updated site plan (one reduced size) and two sets of any updated pages of the building plans.
