On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the above building permit application. During
review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications
need to be addressed. Please respond to the following items, so that I can complete my review:
Retaining Wall
: The contractor proposal indicates the installation of a retaining wall. If the

retaining wall is still part of the proposal, please submit revised site plans indicating the
location of the retaining wall and details of the wall on the plans. Please be aware that
retaining walls over three feet in height (as measured from original grade) must meet zoning
set backs. The subject property is zoned RS-6 and the setbacks are as follows:
