Before I can sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified: 1. Lot Coyeral4e: Please provide a breakdown of the calculated structural lot coverage. I am sure the new residence will cover less than the 35% maximum requirement but I am unable to verify the 3,496 square foot (17.6%) value indicated. For reference, lot coverage is defined as the total ground coverage of all buildings or structures on a site measured from the outside of external walls or supporting members or from a point 30 inches in from the outside edge of the eaves, whichever covers the greatest area. You may redline your existing plans or submit three copies of your updated site plan (one reduced size) and two sets of any updated pages of the building plans.
