WARREN BUILDING SIGN APPLICATION AT 21727 – 76 AVENUE WEST
Dear Applicant:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division, and it was
found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed
before review can continue:
Sign Color:
1.The plans state that the sign is to be painted yellow-gold to match the building
color; however, the color on the plans is a bright orange. Do you have a paint chip or more
accurate sample of what this color will look like?
Landscaping:
2.Pursuant to ECDC 20.60.045.G, “freestanding signs shall have a
landscaped area twice the size of the sign area at the base of the sign.” Please indicate on
your plans that at least twice the size of the sign area will be provided with landscaping at
the base of the sign. Also, please indicate the type of landscaping proposed.
Existing Signs:
3.Are there any existing signs (either freestanding or attached) existing at
the subject site? If so, are these signs proposed to be retained or removed? If they are to be
retained, please provide information on the sizes and locations of these existing signs.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through
Friday, between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at
