PERMIT APPLICATION AT 22727 HIGHWAY 99, SUITE 209
Dear Applicant:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division, and it was
found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed
before review can continue:
Parking:
1.Pursuant to Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC) 17.50.020.B.4,
dental offices require one parking stall per 200 square feet.The previous tenant in Suite
#209 required parking at a lower rate. Thus, it is unclear if the existing parking lot contains
enough stalls to accommodate for the additional parking stalls required by the proposed
dental office. Please provide a breakdown of all existing uses and sizes of each tenant
space within the subject building as well as the total number of existing parking stalls
provided on site in order for staff to confirm that sufficient on-site parking is provided.
Refer to ECDC 17.50.020 for the City’s on-site parking requirements.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through
