Remodel at 857 Maple Street
On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the above building permit application.
During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections,
or clarifications need to be addressed. Please respond to the following items, so that the review
can be completed:
Plot Plan:
1.
a.Show the deck, front door canopy and any other structures on the property on the plot
plan. Please indicate what is existing, what will be removed, and what is proposed to be
added.
b.Identify the set back from structures to the lot lines on the plot plan. Ensure setbacks are
correct. The plot plan submitted on April 28, 2009 indicates the residence is 20 feet from
th
the east lot line (from 9 Ave S). Measuring off the aerial photo, 20 feet would be
approximately the street side of the side walk, which is City of Edmonds right-of-way.
Please submit requested information by May 15, 2009.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through
