Dear Mr. Roundhill:
The Architectural Design Board (ADB) reviewed your proposed modification to the maximum
sign height allowed by the sign code (File No. ADB-09-40). The ADB approved the design of
the sign, but conditioned their approval so that the maximum height of the sign cannot exceed 14
feet above finished grade and so that the sign cannot project above the top of the mansard roof.
Please revise the design of your sign and/or its location in order to comply with the ADB’s
conditions of approval. You may submit your updated plans as a revision to the building permit
application that we currently have on file (BLD20090349).
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through
Friday, between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at
