On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the above building permit application.
During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections,
or clarifications need to be addressed. Please respond to the following items, so that the review
can be completed:
Setback:
1. The subject property is zoned RS-8 (Single-family residential). Setbacks for RS-8
zoned property is outlined in ECDC 16.20.030 and are as follows:

not meet the required street back from 96 Ave W.
Please revise the site plan so the proposed residence meets the required zoning setbacks.

location and elevation. The datum point must be permanent point of reference. The datum
point is used to verify the height of buildings at the framing inspection.
