Project: Bodine Foundation Repair
Project Address: 505 Paradise Lane
During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can
be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator.
1.Based on the resubmitted information, special inspection is required for two additional
categories. Complete the enclosed City of EdmondsÂ’ Special Inspection Agreement for welding
and rebar epoxy set. If two separate firms will be used, the complete two forms, otherwise only
one will be required.
2.The forms can be emailed, faxed, or hand delivered. If you choose to bring them at the same
time that you would like to pick up your permit, then it would be prudent not to arrive during
lunch time, and to allow a few minutes for a plans examiner to approve the agreement.
