Dear Mr. Lam:
I have reviewed your resubmittal dated July 15, 2009 for the above building permit application
for the Planning Division, and it was found that the following corrections will need to be
addressed before review can continue:
Height Calculations:
1.Please make the following corrections to your height calculations:
a.It was noted that you updated the elevations of Points A through D on the map portion
of your site plan; however, these elevations were not updated under the height
calculation heading at the top left corner of your site plan. Please make sure that the
elevations of Points A through D match between the map and the calculations.
b.The elevations for average grade and maximum allowed height cannot be rounded up
when doing your height calculations. Based on the updated elevations of Points A
through D shown on your map, the average grade would be 113.3 feet and the
maximum height would be 138.3 feet. Please correct the average grade and maximum
allowed height on your site plan and building elevations accordingly.
You are welcome to redline the above changes on your plans. Please make all submittals to a
Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am and 4:30
