CHANGE OF USE FOR PRESCHOOL AT 8505 240TH STREET SW
Dear Shelly:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division, Before I can sign off on
the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified:
1. The ro osed floor plan must substantially a ree with that approved by the Hearin
Examiner in CU -09-02. The floor plan included with the building permit submittal does not
substantially agree with that which was reviewed by the hearing examiner during the conditional
use permit process — see below. The plans do not have to match exactly but there is no indication
on the submitted plans regarding the indoor playground, child size toilet, mini kitchen, etc.
Please revise the floor plan to show these features if they are to be included and note the square
footages and occupancies for the rooms.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 8:00
