Several issues need. clarification before I can sign off on the permit: 1. Site Plan,: The photograph below was taken of the subject parcel on October 14, 2009. It clearly indicates the presence of a large retaining wall on the eastern side of the parcel. This wall is not shown on the site plan submitted with the building permit application. The site plan must be a true and accurate representation of what is at the site. Please indicate the retaining wall on a revised site plan as well as the property lines of the adjacent parcels to the east of 2.3621 99"' Place. Note the top and toe of the wall relative to the grade that existed prior to when the work was completed. Deep in mind that all structures must be on the subject property and that structures may not be greater than 3' above original grade to be located in a property line setback according to ECDC 21.90.150. Based on the revised site plan„ the Engineering; and Building Divisions may also have additional conunents. You may redline your existing plans or submit three copies of your updated site plan (one reduced size) and two sets of any updated pages of the building plans. Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. If you have any questions, please contact me at (425) 771-0220.
