Please provide a statement in writing that the proposed dental lab will not be providing on-site customer service. Or, if the lab will be providing on-site customer service, please update your parking calculations to reflect the requirement of one space per 400 square feet for offices with on-site customer service. Tenant Space 2.: Your plans state that the dental lab will be located within Suite 206; however, it appears that the proposed work may include combining Suite 206 with Suite 207, as Suite 207 is not shown on the list of tenant spaces within your parking calculations. The parking analysis that we have on file for the site (based on information provided by the property owner) states the area of Suite 206 as 2,400 square feet and the area of Suite 207 as 1,000 square feet. You provided the total area of the tenant space as 3,100 square feet. Please confirm whether or not the proposal includes combining Suite 206 with Suite 207, and please confirm your calculations for the size of the tenant space, as the total would be 3,400 square feet based on the information the property owner provided us with for our parking analysis (assuming Suite 206 will be combined with Suite 207). Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm.
