Good afternoon,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Before I can
sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified:
Height Calculations: As submitted, there is no indication regarding the total height of
the building and proposed replacement equipment screen. Please provide an elevation
drawing showing how the proposed equipment screen meets the 30' maximum height
requirement of the Commercial Waterfront (CW) zone per ECDC 16.55.020.A. Please
refer to Handout B41(htip://www.ei.edmonds.wa.us-/bld permits_forms.stm) for further
information on the height calculation process.
Please snake all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through
Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. If you have any questions, please contact me at (425) 771-0220.
