TENANT IMPROVEMENT AT 21920 76"' AVENUE WEST
Dear Yukako,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division, Before I can
sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified:
Parking: Please provide the previous business use at this address. Commercial parking
is calculated based on ratios found in ECDC 17.50, and if the use has changed (from a
lower ratio to a higher one) then I need to make sure that there are a sufficient number of
parking spaces provided on the site for all tenants. By way of reference, the use you are
proposing will require 1I parking spaces (per ECDC 17.50.020.B.4, medical offices
require I parking space for each 200 square feet and the office will be 2,186 square feet).
There are 31 total parking spaces on the site.
You may redline your existing plans or submit three copies of your updated site plan (one
reduced size) and two sets of any updated pages of the building plans. Please make all submittals
to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. If
