Dear Marci,
Thank you for your thorough response to my December 15, 2009, plan review comments. After
having reviewed the project again, I do have one additional concern:
1. Garage Elevation: Please verify the height of the detached garage. The Site Plan
(CA. 1) indicates the garage will be 14.2' high based on its height calculation. Sheet A5
shows the correct maximum height (101.52' calculated or 67' actual) but the `top of the
ridge' is listed as 63.25'. This would yield a height of 11.25' for the garage. The
garage scales out about a little over 14' so it looks like the `top of ridge' value is just
mislabeled.
Please submit three copies of the updated site plan and two sets of any updated sheets of the
building plans or you may redline the existing plans. Please make all submittals to a Permit
Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. If you have any questions, please
