Please provide written responses as to where the changes can be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator. 1.The beam calculation packages provided have your architect’s stamp, but the signature is missing. 2.For the project valuation, to determine compliance with RCW64.55, an actual contractor’s written bid is required. 3.According to IRC Table 601 for type V-A construction, both the structural frame and the floor construction is required to be of one hour construction. This would include the columns. On sheet 5 of the drawings, under Note on Fire Rating, the deck is indicated to have both gyp and plywood “untilized” for the required one hour fire resistive rating. Details 1/5 and 2/5 show vented vinyl soffit, but do not clearly indicate that gyp board is required beneath the vinyl soffit. 4.Provide drain and overflow details, including flashing requirements. 5.The Occupancy type currently is R-2.
