Dear, JoAnne Zulauf
We are writing this letter, so that we may in greater depth explain our response to your requests. We will
attempt to explain how and where you question, we addressed.
The changes on the plan were clouded for greater clarity.
Building plans review
GENERAL
1) The extent of this project is unclear on the site plan. The removal of the deck and the sunny
room are noted. Is there any other change in the roof line (other than the roof being
replaced)? If not, then there is no added impervious surface. Please make a chart of existing
and proposed impervious surface much like you have already just note all the proposed
impervious surface (all that will remain plus any new).
Response: The site plan has been revised. There are no changes in the roof line. The e-sunny
room and a -deck have been removed from site plan. The 3 landings shown on the site plan and
impervious surfaces have been modified. The project has no have new impervious surfaces.
2) Please show where the water service, sewer line and gas (if any) from the property line to
the house.
Response: The site plan has been revised. Utility lines have been shown- water, sewer, gas
lines.
3) Please note: additional comments not included in this review may be produced after
reviewing the next submittal.,
Response: The note has posted on the cover sheet A01
TESC
1) Please add a note: All disturbed soils will be compost amended per BMP T5.13.
Response: The note has posted on the site plan sheet A01.1
2) Add note: Install and maintain all TESC measures according to approved plans, City of
Edmonds standard details, and all other measures that may be required during
construction.
