Alley shall be 15' wide as per plans. Alley pavement shall not be placed at the back of the ADA sidewalk ramp. If the 15' width cannot be achieved, please provide an explanation as to why the width cannot be achieved and provide information as to steps taken in order to try to meet the required width, also provide the city with information as to what width can be achieved. 2. The trees along the west side of the alley within the neighboring property of 308 Howell Way have had roots cut and additional removal of tree roots appear to be necessary in order to place alley asphalt per approved plans. Contact the property owner of 308 Howell & coordinate with them actions to be taken regarding the trees. 3. If trees are to remain, an arborist report of the trees health will need to be provided to the city. 4. Cuts along the west side of the alley need to be resolved such that they don't exceed a 2:1 slope. This will need to be coordinated with the neighbor.
