Provide documentation showing that the pavers have been installed per manufacture specifications. Provide the city with a stormwater covenant accounting for the installed infiltration system as well as the permeable pavers. Install gripper type twist plug into 6” sewer cleanout, per city standard detail SS-200. Submit as-builts. Per short plat civils, native vegetation is required on portions of this site. Obtain approval of landscaping from the Planning Division and/or bond shall be in place as directed by the Planning Division. BLD20171295 – 9304 192nd St SW. ENG20170309 – Subdivision Right of Way The low lying rhododendron limbs extending into 192nd Pl SW (as identified during final inspection) will need to be cut such that the limbs do not extend over the asphalt. PLN20160012 Short Plat Mailboxes for both new single family homes need to be installed. Fire/aid address sign needs to be installed for 9304 192nd St SW & 9302 192nd Pl SW. Provide a check for $75.00 to the City of Edmonds to manufacture sign. Submit to Development Services Department Attn: Jeanie McConnell. As discussed, since compaction reports were not obtained, you may provide a 5 year performance bond for the amount of $10,819.90. Please note that the number was determined by the Bond Quantity Worksheet provided with the short plat. You may provide a new Bond Quantity Worksheet (if you feel the amount is incorrect) that shows the cost associated with the removal and replacement of all trench work and road widening. We have to account for the worst case scenario that all work may fail. Or the other option is to complete the compaction testing in both the trench and road widening areas and repave as required. Provide a 2 year maintenance bond in the amount of $6,768.18. Obtain Planning Final approval.
