Dear Ms. Nguyen:
I have reviewed your submittal for the above building permit application for the Planning
Division, and it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need
to be addressed before review can continue:
Maximum Sign Size:
1.The maximum allowed size of the proposed sign is one square foot
per lineal foot of tenant space. Your plans indicate that the tenant space is 21 lineal feet.
Thus, the maximum allowed sign area for Wonton Noodle House is 21 square feet. Your
plans indicate that the proposed sign is 26 square feet (2’ by 13’), which is larger than the
maximum allowed size. Therefore, please reduce the size of the proposed sign so that it
does not exceed 21 square feet. You may either submit revised plans showing the updated
dimensions, or you may redline this information on the plans that we have on file with the
sign permit application.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through
Friday, between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at
