Dear Mr. Jewett:
I have reviewed the June 14 resubmittal information for the referenced building permit
application for the Planning Division. The four concerns I had in the first round of comments
have been resolved (thank you), but before I can sign off on the permit, please address these two
additional points:
Height corners: On the Site Plan (Sheet A-1.0), please revise the location and
elevation of the corner points of the height rectangle for the proposed decant station.
Since it is a stand-alone structure, its height must be calculated separately from the
existing garage building.
2. Elevations: Using the updated calculations noted above, please indicate the average
grade, proposed height, and maximum permitted height for the decant structure on
Sheet A-3.0.
It may be possible to simply redline the necessary changes on the existing plan sheets.
Otherwise, please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday
through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. If you have any questions, please contact me at (425) 771-
