Dear Ms. Immel:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division, and it was
found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed
before review can continue:
Site Plan:
1.Please provide all site information (i.e. lot coverage, impervious surface, height
calculations, etc.) on the reduced copy of your site plan. This information may be redlined
on the plan.
Height Calculations:
2.When calculating the average grade and maximum allowed height,
you may not round fractions up. Therefore, please correct the average original grade from
106.40’ to 106.38’ and the maximum allowed height from 121.40’ to 121.38’.
Proposed Height:
3.Please indicate the elevation of the proposed height for the garage on
both the site plan and the building elevations.
Fence:
4.A fence is indicated in the southwestern corner of the property. It is unclear if this
is existing fence or proposed silt fence for erosion control during construction. Please
show all existing fences as well as location of proposed temporary silt fencing.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through
Friday, between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at
