Email: bkadyk@verizon.net RE: PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS FOR PLAN CHECK # 2010-0317 LUCAS DECK APPLICATION, LOCATED AT 809 FIR STREET Dear Applicant: I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division, and it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue: Height: 1.Please provide the proposed height from ground level to the top of the deck railing. Lot Coverage 2.: Lot coverage is defined as the total ground coverage of all buildings or structures on a site measured from the outside of external walls or supporting members or from a point 30 inches in from the outside edge of the eaves, whichever covers the greatest area. Please provide lot coverage calculations on your site plan. Note that the lot coverage calculations must include the areas of the footprint of the existing residence, garage, deck, and any other existing or proposed structures. Please provide the total lot coverage in square feet and as a percentage of the lot area. The maximum allowed lot coverage for the RS-6 zone is 35 percent of the net lot area. Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm.
