During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can
be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator.
1.Structural engineer of record:
a.Provide approval for location of roof top units, and any necessary calculations.
b.Provide seismic attachment requirements for the roof top units to the roof structure.
2.It appears that the maximum length for dryer ducts, 25 per IMC504.6.1, is exceeded in a
number of units, e.g. 103. Justify.
