Dear Trisha,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Before I can
sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified:
1. Required setbacks: The subject lot was determined to be a flag lot during the
subdivision process in 2005 (S-05-110). As a result, it has all side setbacks — 10 feet in
the RS -10 zone. Please update the site plan to indicate 10' property line setbacks from
each lot line and update the location of the proposed house as appropriate.
Please submit three copies of your updated site plan (one at reduced size) to a Permit
Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. If you have any questions, please
