Based on the elevation drawing that you submitted, it appears that the unit to be located on the new portion of the building will be partially screened by the 30” parapet; however, the elevation drawing indicates that 24” of this unit will project above the parapet. Additionally, there is no parapet on the existing portion of the building, and no screening is indicated for the unit that is proposed to be located on the roof above the existing portion of the building. Please provide clear documentation of how the proposed rooftop equipment on both roofs will be fully screened from exterior view. Dimensions: 2.Please clarify the dimensions of the proposed rooftop equipment. In particular, based on the specifications submitted, it appears that the units will be 47” tall; however, the elevation drawing indicates that the unit to go on top of the new addition projects 24” above the 30” parapet, which would make the unit 54” tall. Additionally, based on the scale, it appears that the unit shown on the existing roof is much less than 47” tall. Thus, please clarify the heights of both units on the elevation drawing to ensure that the units will not project above the maximum allowed height for the zone.
