During review of the resubmitted plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following
information, clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the
changes can be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator.
1.Engineer of record:
a.The first floor framing plan shows a double joist under the #2 bearing point of the
41 Garage, utility, dining room beam. With a 15,921# gravity load the double joists
are undersized. Provide a correctly sized beam.
b.Follow all large sized point loads to concrete and design proper sized footings (2,000
psf assumed soils bearing capacity)
