While the recent submittal was more detailed than the original, there are still several pieces of information I need before I can sign off on the permit: 1. Elevation views with height calculations: Please refer (5E) and (5F) of the Submittal Requirements as described on page 1 of Handout B61 – Residential Additions (http://www.ci.cdmonds.wa.us/Public _Handouts/BuiI(ling � handouts/1361- SFR�REM©DEL-ADD.pdf). 2. Survey: While a plot plan is usually sufficient for applications for residential additions [(4) on the Handout B61], a survey is needed in this case due to the location of the addition and the overhanging roof. The BD5 zone has 0' property line setbacks so the addition and overhang could be built up to the property line to the north but neither may encroach over the property line. If the survey indicates that any portion of the addition or roof encroaches over the northern property line, that portion of the structure will have to be removed or a lot line adjustment with the parcel to the north will be required. Please make all submittals to a Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
