RE: Replace Foyer Windows
Dear HOA:
We want to thank you for the opportunity to submit an estimate for the above referenced project.
Based upon our inspection of the site and analysis of project conditions, the scope of work is as follows.
Demolition.
A. Layout, cut and remove siding surrounding window, to allow access to nail fin.
B. Cut and remove portion of interior window liner (note: part of existing window assembly)
C. Remove window.
General Construction
A. Load and deliver Hanby scaffolding from storage to site including return and storage after
completion of work.
B. Erect and disassemble (after completion of work) scaffolding.
C. Pick up materials and to for window installation.
D. Unload new windows upon delivery.
Rough Carpentry.
A. Furnish and install flexible flashings at window opening integrating into existing vapor
barriers. Includes metal flashing above window at new window trim.
B. Furnish and install new windows.
Finish carpentry.
A. Furnish and install new exterior trim.
B. Furnish and install new interior wood trim as needed.
Painting and finishing.
A. Prime paint new wood at both exterior and interior.
B. Caulk, spackle, sand and paint exterior and interior trim.

Hanby construction Company INC. respectfully submits the following estimate: $ 30,775.00 (Thirty
Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy -Five dollars and 00/100), excluding Washington state sales tax.
This estimate is based upon our best judgment and interpretation of the existing conditions and project
requirements.

13. Permits, Fees and Notices. Unless otherwise provided herein, the
Owner shall secure and pay for the building permit and for all other permits and
governmental fees, licenses, and inspections necessary for the proper execution and
completion of the Work.
14. Registration as Contractor. The Contractor warrants to the Owner that it
has a valid and current certificate of registration as a general contractor from the
Washington State Department of Labor and Industries, and that it will maintain such
registration together with the surety bond as required by law until completion of Work as
set forth herein.

AGREEMENT AMONG PARTIES
On behalf of Mariner Plaza Home Owners Association (also known as Mariner Plaza Condominium
Owners Association), the undersigned, as President of said Association, affirms that the. Association, as
Owner, has agreed to enter into a Construction Agreement with Hanby Construction Company, Inc., as
Contractor, pursuant to the Construction Agreement executed by both Parties dated April 29, 2019,
including any and all Attachments and Exhibits thereto.
