Per your request a soils evaluation was performed on the property reference above. Soils encountered
were consistent with the Natural Resources Conservation Service soils map which identifies the soils on
the site as Everett Gravelly Sandy Loam, 0 to 8 percent slope. Two test pits were examined with the
following findings:
Soil Log 1
0 — 15 inches Brown Gravelly Loamy Medium Sand
15 — 48 inches Gray Gravelly Coarse Sand
No restrictive layer or evidence of seasonal saturation encountered
Soil Log 2
0 — 16 inches Brown Gravelly Loamy Medium Sand
16 — 50 inches Gray Gravelly Coarse Sand
No restrictive layer or evidence of seasonal saturation encountered
