I received the electric plan review comments for building permit #BLD2019-0364 dated April 9rd, 2019.
Below are the requested corrections and locations on the drawings that they can be found:
General:
1. PARKING — The site plan on Sheet 01 has been updated to show 2 tandem parking spaces
(8'-6" X 16'-6") on the existing driveway.
2. AREA ADJACENT TO EX DRIVEWAY — Since 2 tandem parking spots will fit on the
existing driveway, we do not intend to use the area west of the existing driveway for parking.
Therefore, no changes have been made here.
Note: All revisions are clouded on the drawings.
