In response to a complaint, an inspection of the subject property was conducted by City of Edmonds Building Inspectors on December 4, 2019. The inspection discovered an unpermitted hot water heater installation and an unpermittedexterior stairway construction. Corrective actions required: Please make complete applications for the work done as well as the home occupation by November 27, 2019. An Order to Correct violation notice will be issued if a permit is not acquired for all violations on the subject property. A Permit Coordinator will accept your application.
